Back in May, on a lark, 26-year-old Shane Bennett sent a message to Samsung via Facebook: Hello, I have bought many Samsung products. I currently have a Samsung LCD TV, Samsung Galaxy S, Samsung laptop. I was just wondering if I could get a free Galaxy S3. I have attached a picture of a dragon I just drew for you.

Bennett was amused at the company's reply, and promptly posted it to Reddit:
Thanks for inquiring about scoring a free Galaxy S III. Unfortunately if we gave a free S III to everyone who asked, we'd probably be out before they ever went on sale, and we'd go under as a company. That being said, your drawing of the dragon is epic, so we're returning the favor. Please find attached a drawing of a kangaroo on a unicycle.

The kicker? Samsung kept in touch with Bennett, and earlier this week, he received his free Galaxy S III, personalized with his original dragon drawing.

MORNING GLORIES

A friend just asked me what was all over the shed. They are morning glories (the blue ones) which did not bloom. Soooooooo, I just researched and need to get the miracle grow in the violet colour not the yellow coloured box. Thanks DC for questioning me on this. I will let you know how this product works. (P.S. I played around with all those pics and they came out too bright, I just fixed this one up)

THE SUN JUST CAME OUT AND SO DID I (a few pics of our summer home)

Kind of hard to see little PERCIVAL PUFF looking out the front door. He runs and jumps to the top of the screen whenever we open the door. Christmas this year with the tree should be interesting. I did alot of container gardening this year. The potatoe vine is awesome. I put the herbs on the bench by the back porch for easy pickings. It may be hard to see (must take a better pic) of the windmill that we just put up this year in the vegie garden. The south garden is in full swing with all the rain recently. Love our Secret Place in the South East of the garden. I got a small swing and put Shrek and Tiger in them on the table in the Secret Place. I also found a sweet small bench to put flowers on this year in the entry to the Secret Place. Had to take a pic of our new 1990 (almost vintage) Camry that we inherited from Mom. Drives like a charm. (maybe open a pic up for larger viewing) I put around 7 containers out front this year. Stay tuned next for people pics. Thanks for viewing.
