Truly, we have had a very grey month. It does affect my mood. I hear that taking more vitamin D helps. Did you know that the 3rd Monday in January is called Blue Monday the most depressing day of the year. This year it is January 17th/11. I am choosing not to buy into it and do things that make me happy. A tip that a friend once told me is to be grateful. ......and take more Vitamin D - Joy to you all from TDOT!
