They are ALPINE IBEX (ancient biblical name AZELIM/AZELAH)
Note - two different forms of shofar (horn) were used in the Temple in Jerusalem: one made of Ibex horn and sounded at New Year's and during Yovel Days (Jubilee/50 years); and one made of ram's horn, and sounded on fast days.
Here is a pic of an Ibex Shofar I found online and then under that the one I got for $5.00 at a Sally Ann antique auction.
