Nestled on a scraggly lawn in the eastern-edge of the Killarney neighbourhood of Vancouver, this recently listed bungalow could be yours for $1.25 million (though that's just the asking price). UNQUOTE - I would think that the terrain has something to do with this. Tdot is pricey too. Glad we bought by the lake when we did. Our house is now 2.5 times what we paid. Love our little 2 bedroom brick bungalow with a good size backyard and location, location, location.
