This Weeks Recipe













BAKED POTATO SOUP SLOW COOKER 6 HOURS ON LOW
SERVES 8
Put into crockpot:
3 1/2 lbs potates, cut into 3/4 " cubes
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
1 package frozen, chopped broccoli
4 cups low sodium chicken broth
1/3 C half and half
1/3 C reduced fat sour cream
1 T cornstarch
1/2 t black pepper
4 green onions, thinly sliced
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
(shredded cheddar cheesh for garnish)
